The whole process to begin with was perfect even tho the control panel for the windows drivers side wasn’t working but was assured by Brian that when the part came it could be fixed in less than 30 seconds. Car was brought up to me with a flat tyre was told could be the car has sat for a month and pressure has went down ok, drove car home over an hour away and had to stop and get diesel after 10 mins of driving and smelt a burning smell didn’t think anything of it as Brian had said car had sat a month and only getting a good drive now went to work in the car on the Friday night(the night after I bought the car) and the burning smell was back so lifted the bonnet and smoke/steam was coming out spoke to Brian and he was 100% said if there’s any problems to get it to mechanic and he would sort it for me took to mechanic and said there was an oil leak also something loose under the car that caused a rattling the part came for the control panel but still didn’t work and the tyre had a slow puncture I contacted Brian to make him aware of the oil leak and never heard from him again I’ve now had to contact RAC to go through my warranty Nice man nice home nice family but aftercare very poor

I had already tried to sell my car through the normal channels but without success, and indeed, with some annoying episodes. ATC contacted me and I then agreed and signed a contract to let them sell the car for me. Without any further input from me, I've just received a bank deposit for the sum agreed (which is slightly higher than my original asking price). I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
