The whole process to begin with was perfect even tho the control panel for the windows drivers side wasn’t working but was assured by Brian that when the part came it could be fixed in less than 30 seconds. I had already tried to sell my car through the normal channels but without success, and indeed, with some annoying episodes. ATC contacted me and I then agreed and signed a contract to let them sell the car for me. Without any further input from me, I've just received a bank deposit for the sum agreed (which is slightly higher than my original asking price). I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
